Cushion Coat

AQS Cushion Coat For Comfort and Performance
AQS Cushion Coat is a high-performance, shock-absorbing coat designed to enhance the comfort and playability of acrylic sports courts. Made with elastic particles of rubber and premium-grade acrylic binders, this layer is sandwiched in between resurfacer and color coating applications to provide a softer, impact-absorbent surface.
Cushion Coat is a premium multi-layer assembly for athletic sports flooring that meets every comfort and performance expectation of an athlete. The Cushion Coat applied on a well-prepared asphalt or concrete surface has low shock absorption, which helps reduce player fatigue and injuries. It is the most appropriate surface choice for tennis and basketball since it provides excellent traction and durability.
Why Choose Us ?
Our product is engineered as a resilient, multi-layered system that delivers exceptional shock absorption, significantly reducing impact on players' lower extremities.
HOW IT WORKS:
Cushion Coat systems contribute to the improvement of playing surfaces by applying several layers of acrylic coating combined with rubber granules. This flexible playing surface exerts a lesser degree of stress on the players' joints and entails reduced fatigue. The system generally consists of layers of coarse rubber particles for cushioning as base layers and layers of fine rubber particles laid down on top for a smooth, uniform playing surface. This mixture offers not only functionality and comfort to the athlete but also a longer lifespan of the surface.

Surface preparation
The concrete or asphalt surfaces need to be clean and dry so that they do not have contaminating agents for proper keeping.
Mixing & Layering
Stir the Cushion Coat for an even texture and consistent viscosity. The application of the Coat should be multilayered according to recommended application
Application Method
Lay the coating down with a squeegee for the first coat to an even thickness. After it has completely dried, apply your succeeding layers.
