The system is installed over a properly prepared concrete base, which serves as the structural foundation of the court. To ensure strong adhesion between the concrete and the coating layers, a concrete primer is first applied.
8 Layer System
The 8-Layer Acrylic System on Concrete Base is a structured sports flooring method used for tennis and other outdoor courts to ensure durability, cushioning, and professional play quality. It begins with a concrete or asphalt base, which provides the structural foundation of the court. A concrete primer is applied first to improve bonding between the base and the coating layers.
