Precise Ratio Compliance: The 3-year warranty is valid only if the acrylic sports flooring material is mixed using the exact ratio of silica and portable water as specified by AQS. Any deviation from this ratio will void the warranty

Layer Drying Period: During the layer drying period, it’s crucial to allow sufficient time for each layer to dry, considering the prevailing climatic conditions. Instead of relying on the touch method, it is advised to ensure each layer reaches full dryness before applying the next. Neglecting this process may compromise the court’s integrity

Water Quality for Mixing: Only portable drinking water (pH level between 6.5 and 8.5) is to be used formixing the material. The use of saltwater or water outside this pH range is strictly prohibited and will invalidate the warranty

Material Quantity Adherence: The quantity of material used must strictly align with the details specified in the acrylic sports flooring Proforma invoice. Using less material than recommended can negatively impact the court’s durability, quality and finish. It will void the warranty.

Installation Guidelines: The warranty is contingent upon following all installation guidelines provided by acrylic sports flooring These guidelines are designed not only for warranty purposes but also to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of the court surface.

Maintenance and Care: Proper maintenance and care of the court as per acrylic sports flooring manual instructions are essential. Neglect or improper maintenance can lead to warranty invalidation.

Exclusion of Damages: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents or alterations made after installation.

Warranty Claims: In the event of a claim, the purchaser must provide proof of compliance with all warranty conditions along with the purchase documentation.

Non-Transferability: The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer of the acrylic sports flooring material.
