HOW COLOR COAT WORKS:
AcryPro Sports Concrete Primer acts as an essential bonding link between the concrete surface and the acrylic coating on the surface. It penetrates the concrete deeply, sealing pores to make a very excellent base for ultimate adhesion. This process strengthens the bond between layers, minimizing peeling, cracking, or premature wear, smoothing out the acrylic coating application, and ultimately improving durability and performance.
Step-by-Step Application for Color Coat
Surface Preparation
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, or debris. Apply Concrete Primer, Acrylic resurfacer, and Cushion Coat if necessary.
Mixing & Application
Stir the Color Coat to achieve for consistency. Add water and silica sand if required. Use a soft rubber squeegee or roller to apply the first coat and allow it dry.
Application Process
Use a soft rubber squeegee or roller to apply the first coat evenly. Allow it to dry completely (typically 4-6 hours, depending on weather conditions).
Final Inspection & Court Markings
Ensure the surface is uniform and free of streaks or uneven patches. Apply game lines using AQS Line Marking Paint for a professional finish.
