8 Layer Synthetic Acrylic Flooring System

8 Layer System on Concrete Base

(Depending On Base Condition)

The 8-Layer Acrylic System on Concrete Base is a structured sports flooring method used for tennis and other outdoor courts to ensure durability, cushioning, and professional play quality.

It begins with a concrete or asphalt base, which provides the structural foundation of the court. A concrete primer is applied first to improve bonding between the base and the coating layers. After that, an acrylic resurfacer is used to fill minor pores and create a smooth, uniform surface.

Next, five layers of cushion coat are installed. These layers add flexibility and shock absorption, helping reduce player fatigue and improving comfort during play. Above the cushion layers, two layers of color coat are applied to form the visible playing surface, offering UV resistance, durability, and consistent ball bounce.

Finally, line markings are painted to define the court boundaries and playing zones according to official sports standards.

8 Layer System on Bitumen Base

(Depending On Base Condition)

The 8 Layer Acrylic System on Bitumen Base is a high-performance sports court flooring structure designed for durability, cushioning, and consistent play.

The system starts with a bitumen (asphalt) base, which provides a flexible and stable foundation. Over this base, an acrylic resurfacer is applied to seal pores and create a smooth surface for coating. Above the resurfacer, five layers of cushion coat are installed to improve shock absorption, reduce player fatigue, and enhance comfort during gameplay.

Next, two layers of color coat are applied to create the final playing surface, providing UV resistance, slip resistance, and long-lasting color. Finally, precise line markings are added to define court boundaries according to official sports standards. This layered system ensures durability, consistent ball bounce, and professional-quality performance.
